 Find a story about a project that is about to start. Ideally it should be in the organizing or planning phases, but a project in the early stages of execution is acceptable. For this post, please use a story from the news or internet. Provide the URL to the story and hyperlink the URL. Also include any activities, supplies, or services that could be contracted out for the project.
